Below are the most popular packages.  Please note that I will work within your budget to help you plan the wedding of your dreams.  Do not hesitate to contact me to discuss other options.   Initial consultation is always complimentary so contact me today to see how I can help you.

Getting Started Package – $300

Perfect for those that just want pointed in the right direction. After an initial phone consultation giving you the opportunity to ask me questions, I will have you fill out a questionnaire to get to know a little about you. From there I will customize a budget for you as well as provide you with a custom report listing 2-3 vendors from each category that match both your budget and your personality as well as your vision for your wedding. Pricing will also be listed for the vendors so you can see up front if they will fit your budget. We will then meet in person to review the report and then you get to take a copy with you. Perfect for the couple that doesn’t have the time to research tons of vendors. This will get you started in the right direction.

The Helper Package – $650

Also known as “Rehearsal and Wedding Day Coordination.” You’ve made all the preparation and booked most of the vendors. Maybe you need a referral for a few more vendors. And then you’re ready to sit back and enjoy your party.  We will be there to ease your mind and make sure the day goes smoothly!

Includes:

  • Arrange one face to face meeting 2-4 weeks before the big day.
  • Allow unlimited email and phone calls within 30 days of your wedding.
  • Referrals to vendors.
  • Direct rehearsal making sure everyone knows what they are doing and what order they are to go in.
  • Include up to 10 hours on the wedding day to help set up the ceremony site and stay all the way through the last tradition (bouquet/garter toss, etc).
  • Transport items (guest book, programs, vendor payments, etc.) from rehearsal to ceremony to reception.
  • Develop wedding day timelines/itineraries.
  • Assure that key persons are available for photo ops.
  • Keep picture list to make sure no important pictures are missed.
  • Direct guests to cocktail hour (if there is one).
  • Assemble bridal party for introductions.
  • Ensure DJ/band can pronounce bridal party names correctly.
  • Confirm all vendors a week before wedding day.
  • Keep a list of all vendor contacts/phone #s in case of emergencies.
  • Provide wedding day emergency kit.
  • Keep the day moving and on track.
  • Help pack up items to be taken home such as gifts, cake topper, extra favors, marriage license, and more so the exhausted parents (or whomever is assigned the duty of taking these things home) does not have to worry about gathering these items and putting them in the car.
  • Handle other typical items involved in the wedding day.
***Additional hours may be purchased for additional meetings or services, or for help cleaning up after the party, for $60 per hour.

The Vera – $1800

Just like Vera Wang’s wedding gowns, this moderatly priced package includes all the bells and whistles.

Includes:
  • Provide up to 10 face to face meetings with you or your vendors.
  • Include unlimited phone and email meetings.
  • Referrals to vendors as well as any discounts they offer to my clients.
  • Review all contracts.
  • Give etiquette advice.
  • Provide itineraries and timelines to keep you on track.
  • Coordinate and attend rehearsal to ensure everyone involved knows what to do.
  • Coordinate payments to all vendors.
  • Confirm all vendors.
  • Transport items from rehearsal to ceremony to reception.
  • Pin all boutineers and coursages on selected people.
  • Keep the ceremony moving and running smoothing.
  • Make sure the reception runs smoothly and keep everyone (DJ/Band, photographer, caterer, etc.) on track.
  • Provide wedding day emergency kit.

The Dior – $2500

Just like the designer – this package is top of the line.  It includes EVERYTHING!  It is the complete package.  Designed for the busy couple that needs help planning every aspect of their wedding, from the time you’re engaged to the honeymoon. We will be there from start to finish to help your dream come true. All the details are handled so you can sit back and enjoy your engagement period.  You will arrive at your wedding looking beautiful and STRESS FREE!

Includes:
  • Provide unlimited face to face, phone, and email meetings.
  • Determine budget, style, color scheme, and type of wedding you desire.
  • Arrange and attend appointments with vendors.
  • Review all contracts.
  • Act as your advocate to get the best service and price from vendors.
  • Coordinate between families to keep things smooth.
  • Give etiquette advice (such as wording on the invitations, etc.).
  • Follow up on RSVPs.
  • Develop itineraries/time lines.
  • Coordinate rehearsal dinner.
  • Research/arrange activities and accomodations for out of town guests.
  • Distribute gift baskets for out of town guests.
  • Coordinate payments to all vendors.
  • Confirm all vendors.
  • Arrange transportation.
  • Provide wedding day emergency kit.
  • Transport items (guest book, programs, vendor payments, etc.) from rehearsal to ceremony to reception.
  • Keep the reception moving and the DJ/band on track (and make sure they play the songs and dances you want, and not the ones you don’t want).
  • Clean up and retrieval of personal items after the ceremony.
  • Be prepared for everything else involved in planning the wedding!
